Home Assignment Update

While in the USA for our Home Assignment April 11-July 26, we have been reconnecting with churches, supporters, friends and family. We have also been making new connections with three new churches and more people as we have traveled around Arizona, North Carolina, Michigan and Oregon. Along with the blessing of spending time with people in the USA, we have been working on raising funds to support our ministry work for the next two years. If you would like more information on actual numbers, please reach out to us. Below are how our monthly and one-time expenses are divided.

As of today, July 11, we are so grateful to be able to say that God is faithful and our budget for the next two years has been met! This includes the pledges that have been made and gifts we have received. We are praising God for His provision in His time! Any additional funds that we receive in excess of these pledges will help cover any unexpected expenses (i.e. return flights that may be more expensive than anticipated, etc).

Thank you to all of you who have given generously to help us reach our financial goal so that we can return to the ministry in Papua New Guinea! Thank you as well for all of you who have been praying for us! We praise the Lord for your support and encouragement, and chance to connect with a lot of you over these last three months. We have been encouraged by the ways God has answered our prayers over and over again during these past three months, especially by giving us such an amazing team to partner with. Thank you for all you have done for us. We look forward to continuing to stay in touch with you over email once we return to Papua New Guinea.

We’re the Woltjers

God has called our family to serve at the Kudjip Nazarene Hospital Station in the highlands of Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Lukas is the Director of Corporate Services and Development for Nazarene Mission Services. Daniella is the primary care giver for our three kids and volunteers as she is able.

We feel very blessed and excited to join in God’s redemptive work in PNG. If you would like to partner with us on this journey or if you would like more information, please reach out!
